YOGA IN HUDSON RIVER PARK

Capped at six Yoga students for a social distance size and extra personal attention, this intermediate sweaty Vinyasa class will awaken your body and calm your mind. Class starts with grounding our breath and setting an intention together. We ease our movements into our bodies and shift into a fast pace flowing sequence that builds heat and strength. The class will be chock full of detoxifying twist, feel-good heart openers, deep releasing hip openers, and sprinkled with challenging poses such as arm balances, wheel, and inversions.
What could be better than Yoga outside by the Hudson River with a gentle breeze and grass beneath your bare feet? This Spring, Summer, and Fall, I'm thrilled to bring you Power Yoga in the Park in the Meatpacking/Chelsea neighborhoods.

- Masks will be required while socially before an after class, they will be optional once spaced social distance and we begin.
- Bring your own Mat/ Towel and props if you'd like to use them.
